🚗 How do we get the key to the apartment in Sälen?
Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive clear instructions for smooth and secure key collection.
🕒 What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in from 2:00 PM. Check-out no later than 12:00 PM, unless otherwise agreed.
🔇 Are there quiet hours or house rules?
We kindly ask all guests to respect neighbors and keep noise levels low during late evenings and nighttime.
🛏️ Are bed linen and towels included?
Duvets and pillows are provided in the apartment. Please bring your own bed linen and towels.
🧺 Is there a washing machine?
No, but a drying cabinet is available.
🎿 Is there ski storage?
Yes, ski equipment storage is available close to the accommodation.
🧹 How does final cleaning work?
Guests are responsible for final cleaning. The apartment must be left in the same condition as upon arrival. Please see the cleaning instructions inside the cleaning cupboard.
📞 Who do we contact if something breaks?
If something does not work or breaks, please contact us immediately. Contact details can be found at the bottom of the page and in the rental agreement.
🧾 Is there a deposit?
Pre-booking is free of charge. Once the booking is confirmed, the booking fee must be paid in accordance with our rental terms.
🧒 Is there equipment for young children?
Yes, each apartment includes a travel cot and a high chair. Some staircases are equipped with safety gates.
🐕 Are pets allowed?
Pets are welcome upon agreement at the time of booking. One apartment in each building is pet-free.
♻️ Where do we dispose of rubbish?
Information about waste disposal is available in the apartment. Please make sure to take out the rubbish before departure.
Transport, parking and technology in Sälen
❄️ Do I need a car?
A car makes it easier to get around the Sälen ski resort area in Sweden. The ski slopes are accessible directly from the Tangen area, and the ski bus also stops near the entrance to Gruven fäbod. Parking is available close to the accommodation.
🔌 How does electric vehicle charging work?
Electric vehicle charging is available at our accommodations in Sälen – two Easee chargers in Tangen and one in Gruven. The cost is charged based on actual consumption after your stay.
📺 Is there a smart TV or streaming options?
Free Wi-Fi and cable TV channels are included. We do not provide streaming devices (e.g., Chromecast), but you are welcome to bring your own.
💻 Is the accommodation suitable for remote work?
There is no dedicated workspace, but stable Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment.
