The locally operated Scandinavian Mountains Airport is 17 km (20 minutes) from Gruven and 22 km (25 minutes) from Tangen.

The apartments are available year-round. During peak season (holiday weeks), rentals are weekly, and during the rest of the year by agreement.
🕒 What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in from 14:00. Check-out no later than 12:00 unless otherwise agreed. Changeover day is usually Sunday.
🛏️ Are bed linens and towels included?
Duvets and pillows are provided. Please bring your own bed linens and towels.
🔥 Is there a sauna?
Yes, each apartment has its own sauna.
🧒 Is there equipment for small children?
Yes, each apartment includes a travel cot and high chair. Some staircases are equipped with safety gates.
🐕 Are pets allowed?
Pets are welcome upon agreement when booking. One apartment in each house is pet-free.
❄️ Do I need a car?
Having a car makes it easier to get around the Sälen area. Ski slopes are accessible directly from the area (Tangen), and a ski bus also stops at the entrance to Gruven fäbod.
🅿️ Is parking available?
Yes, parking is available directly at the accommodation.
🔌 How does EV charging work?
EV charging is available on-site – two Easee chargers in Tangen and one in Gruven. Costs are charged based on usage after your stay.
