Enjoy Your Stay

To help you and your family enjoy a comfortable and relaxing stay in our mountain cabins in Sälen,
we kindly ask you to read the rental conditions below before making your reservation.

📋 General Requirements

  • At least one adult in the group must be 30 years of age or older.
  • The person making the booking is responsible for the cabin, its contents, and all guests during the stay.

📅 Booking & Confirmation

All bookings are handled personally to ensure the best possible experience for our guests.
Once you have accepted these rental conditions, you will receive a booking confirmation and payment instructions via email.

🧾 Payment Terms

  • A booking fee of SEK 1,000 must be paid within 7 days of receiving the invoice.
  • The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days before arrival.
  • If payment is not received on time, we reserve the right to cancel the booking.

➕ Optional Cancellation Protection

  • Cancellation protection can be added for SEK 500.
  • If cancellation is required due to illness (with a valid medical certificate), the amount paid — excluding the booking fee — will be refunded in accordance with the cancellation protection terms.

🛬🛫 Arrival & Departure

  • Sunday – Sunday (full week)
  • Sunday – Thursday (short stay)
  • Thursday – Sunday (short stay)
  • Other date ranges may be available upon request.
  • Unless otherwise agreed, check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is by 12:00.

📋 Guest Responsibilities

  • Pillows and duvets are provided. Guests must bring their own bed linen (sheets and pillowcases) and towels.
  • The cabin must be cleaned before departure.
  • Guests are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear.
  • Smoking is not permitted inside the cabins.

🔍 Availability & Booking Request

To make the booking process as smooth as possible, we recommend that you start by checking availability before sending a
booking request. All bookings are manually confirmed — we do not use automated booking systems.

Acceptance of Terms

By completing a booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these rental conditions.
